JULY 9, ARMENPRESS: The population of the Armenian-populated Aleppo continues living without electricity, water supply and Internet. Our source from Aleppo informed Armenpress about it, adding that many people take out water from pits and sell in bottles. “Certainly this water is not for drinking and is used in everyday life”, – said the source.

Concerning the current situation in the city, the source reported that the sounds of the bombings and shots have considerably decreased, though the relatively stable situation can be changed in a second. The unstable and uncertain situation in Aleppo continues.

Earlier it was reported that the electricity and water supply has been suspended in the Armenian-populated Aleppo for several days. Our source from Aleppo informed Armenpress about it, adding that the population is trying to get drinking water with bottles. Concerning the current situation in the city, the source informed that though there are bombings and shots time and again, nevertheless there are no collisions and fights and the situation can be considered to be quite calm. “The population of Aleppo is now more concerned about the lack of water and electricity”, – stated the source. There is information that the state is carrying out works to restore them.
