The Met Gala, formally called the Costume Institute Gala and also known as the Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. It marks the grand opening of the Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibit. This year the event took place on the eve of the 4th of May, and the theme was “China: Through the Looking Glass”.

Kim’s dress was the center of attention of many fans and haters, and caused a great dispute for looking like Beyonce’s revealing dress, some even calling it a copy cat dress. Kim Posted a photo of Cher’s old gown: “Tonight’s inspiration! Cher at the 1st ever Met Gala! I just met her and told her this photo was my inspiration for my dress tonight! She is so beautiful! So happy I met her!”

According to Huffington Post, a new survey reported that the world’s sexiest women are from Armenia,”We can’t help but wonder if this new awareness has anything to do with a certain curvy Armenian-American recently visiting her ancestral homeland for an episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Kim was posting pictures from her previous years at Met Gala, showing off her clothing all day long. According to the New York Post, guests were informed “The use of phones for photography and social media will not be permitted inside the gala.” But Kim and Kanye managed to post photos with Madonna, Cher and Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and much more…
